Swatches Nudestix Tinted Cover Foundation: “Nude 3”, “Nude 4” and “Nude 7” (photo taken after 15 minutes application, therefore “dry” swatches)

The NUDESTIX Tinted Cover, is a natural finish foundation, which I personally would describe as a Tinted Moisturizer, as it provides light coverage, but it does build up quite nicely, and it has Korean skincare benefits to it.

It claims to have a water-resistant barrier that allows for long wear and helps improve skin hydration. After using it for couple weeks, it’s safe to say that it wears beautifully throughout the day but I’d suggest setting it with powder because it doesn’t seem to dry, unless you prefer a dewy finish.

This product is also vegan, cruelty-free, and gluten-free.

I’m not, by any means, an expert when it comes to ingredient’s list, but as I have Normal / Acne Prone Skin I pay attention to certain things, in this case two of them got my attention: Lavender Oil, which tends to irritate my skin, but in this case it did not, and Tea Tree, that I quite often use to treat ocasional spots.

Before and After – Nudestix Tinted Cover Foundation, shades “Nude 3”, “Nude 4” and “Nude 7” applied

As foundation I’ve used the shade “Nude 4”, to brighten the “Nude 3” which was applied only on the centre parts of my face and the “Nude 7” as cream bronzer. As I prefer more of a satin finish, I did set everything with powder.

It retails for AED155 at Sephora Middle East and for $38 at Nudestix.com.

Overall I think is a good product, it does what says its going to, but when it comes to a light cover foundation I tend to go towards the ones that has SPF in it, especially for this price, so I don’t think after its finished I’ll run to Sephora to purchase it.
